Preparing them is wonderfully straightforward. Simply thaw the prawns and then heat them using one of the following methods. Each is quick, simple, and yields delicious results.
Grilling
Perfect for a smoky, charred aroma. Brush with oil and grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side
Sautéing/Pan-Searing
Great for a quick, flavorful meal. Sauté in a hot pan with oil, garlic, and herbs for 2-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Crispy Salt & Pepper Black Tiger Prawns
Butterfly and devein the prawns, then pat thoroughly dry.
Deep-fry in medium-high heat oil until the shell is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
Sauté minced garlic and chili in a pan until fragrant.
Return the prawns to the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper seasoning, and toss quickly to coat evenly.

For the best results, thaw under refrigeration at or below 38°F (3°C) for 6-8 hours prior to cooking. For quicker thawing, place the sealed package in cool water for 20-30 minutes until flexible. Once thawed, use immediately for the best texture and flavor. Do not refreeze previously thawed prawns.
